Balloon Table Decorations

When decorating your events with balloons, you can not forget about your tables. Balloons are the life of the table. Table decorations can range from a bouquet of balloon to a decorations of 260 balloons. The possibilities are endless. Usually these decorations are helium based with a balloon base but they can be attached to a non helium inflated base that is heavy enough to weigh it down. In order to get the most out of those table decorations, you will need to choose balloon arrangements and colors based off the theme of your event. If you are doing a bouquet, you will need to choose you base. If it is regular base, make sure it matches with all the colors. If you are doing a balloon base, make sure it is not too big. Bigger bases takes up the space of the table possibly hinders the guests from eating with elbow space. The helium filled balloons should be anywhere from 3 to 8 balloons. Say your theme colors are light blue, light green, and white. Your balloon weight should be white or silver.the streamer should also be white or silver. They can be any other color but you want to be sure that they match the colors of the balloons. After you get the balloons inflated you need to start sectioning them of in height. The balloons should not be that high up in the air and they do not need to be on the same level. You also want to be sure that the balloons are the same height at all of your table, otherwise it will be a noticeable flaw. When working with a three balloon bouquet, one should be on a lower plane, and one in the middle. If you want the arrangements to look more appealing, you should curl the streamer at the bottom. The same steps should be followed when doing any other bouquet. You don't want any flaws in the decorations because it will be easy to spot out. So follow these few precautions to make your balloon decorating a complete success.

1. Always pick out your colors before inflating anything.
( When making balloon arrangements, you want to have every color accounted for. If you don't have enough of one color then you are wasting precious time towards your work and it's unprofessional. So always be completely sure.)

2. Don't over inflate balloons!
( When inflating balloons, you want to always be sure to leave room for it to expand, especially when it is hot outside. Balloons tend to expand when the weather is hot, so be careful. You also want to make a measuring system for balloons such as a timer or a ruler to ensure that they are all the same size. When they are different sizes, they are easily recognized, so always measure and never over inflate.)

3. Keep away from potential hazards.
( Balloons are very easy to pop if they are around hazardous surroundings. These are a few thing that are harmful to your decorations. Grass, wood, walls, doors, windows, and bricks can pop your balloons quite unexpectedly. So you should just refrain from keeping them close to the walls or grass. If you must put them on the grass, cover your bases with a tablecloth of plastic to prevent them from bursting)

Here are a few examples.

If you follow these few steps and precautions, your balloon decorating venture will be very successful as well as rewarding. Thank you for reading!
